Shipping policy

Default shipping is ground Fedex/UPS or USPS flat rate priority. Choose upgraded shipping for faster options. Shipping companies have different policies regarding a wait time before a package is considered to be permanently lost. For instance, USPS requires a 30 day wait until a package is declared lost. We will fully replace a lost package once that wait time has expired according to whatever shipping company was used for that package. Lost packages are extremely rare, but in the event that a package is truly lost, we will restart the order and ship it again. If a frame in a lost package is discontinued, we will notify you to choose another available frame.Â
