How do I provide my rx?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with easy instructions to securely send us your rx. 

What kind of lens do I order? 

If you're a progressive lens wearer, you'll see your reading power on the prescription. It is typically listed as "Add" or "Add power" and has numbers like this: 1.50, 2.00, 3.00, etc.  

If you're uncertain about needing a progressive lens, take a look at your script. If the "Add" or "Add power" section is blank, you will order a single vision lens. 

What about the measurements my optometrist office usually takes?

Today, all that's needed to order prescription lenses online is a copy of your script. Don't have your "PD" measurement (aka pupillary distance)? Not a problem. Go here to measure your PD.

For progressive lens wearers, our new no-distortion progressive style lens does not require the 'seg height' measurement you're used to getting. This technology was developed in 2021 and has been wowing progressive lens wearers ever since.

What if my new frame needs to be adjusted? 

Everyone is shaped just a little differently, and most of us have uneven ears, so sometimes a quick adjustment to a new frame is needed for the best comfort. Our natural acetate frames and metal frames are extremely easy for you to adjust yourself and hold onto adjustments well, as opposed to other online frames that are made of cheaper acetate or injection molded plastic. There's really no secret to adjusting your own frames. We'll show you how. Just get in touch through our contact page. 

How long will it take once I order my glasses online?

On average, your order will ship to you in 2-10 business days. 

Can I return my glasses? 

Yes. Frames in re-sellable condition (not worn) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping. Returned frames will be inspected and you will be notified if you will receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be deposited back onto the original payment method. Any custom lens is final sale because they are a custom made product and cannot be re-used.
