Refund policy

Frames in re-sellable condition (not worn) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returned frames will be inspected and customer will be notified if they will receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be deposited back onto the original payment method. 

Prescription lenses are final sale because they are a custom made product.
